Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using WACOS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. The service
WACOS provides an AI-assisted WhatsApp messaging tool for car detailing businesses. The service drafts replies on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all communications sent from your WhatsApp number. WACOS is a tool, not a regulated communications provider.
3. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. After 14 days, access to core features is restricted until a paid subscription is activated.
4. Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly (£35/month) or annually (£315/year).
- Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. WACOS does not store your payment card details.
- You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WACOS to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) to people who have not opted in to hear from your business.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Meta's Platform Terms.
- Process sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. AI-generated content
WACOS uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate draft replies. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are sent and for any message sent from your WhatsApp number. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
7. WhatsApp and Meta compliance
Your use of WACOS is subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's Platform Terms. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from your customers before messaging them. We may suspend accounts reported for policy violations.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WACOS's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days then deleted (see Privacy Policy).
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
